It probably sounds funny, but I have grown up in the retail business watching ladies shop for needlepoint, helping them find threads, giving stitch ideas and building relationships. I have plenty of Aunts, Great-Aunts and Nanas (and a very kind Uncle) from the shop where I go. This is why I will only sell to a retail shop. They do so much for their communities and allow ladies (and gents) to learn, laugh and build friendships.
