After Dallas!
So, we finished our first solo market in Dallas in September and we came home! We arrived at the airport around 9:30 am on Tuesday and Madeleine wanted to get back to school, so we drove straight to school! After school, she went and did her volunteer work at a local Middle School where she is painting quotes from 'Embracing our Differences' on the walls. This organization makes an exhibit once a year of quotes and art submitted by artists and people all over the world.
We were so busy when we got back, we didn't have much time to languish in the feeling of being part of a new community! We had such a wonderful time in Dallas meeting so many shop owners and other exhibitors! We thank you all for you welcome, your lovely support and your well wishes!
Madeleine seems to be all caught up in school and has been back in the studio! It is always so exciting for me as her mom to see what she is working on. She is a self-starter and very motivated. She has lists of what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. She is constantly refining her list, changing/updating her ideas and I never know what she is going produce from her studio! What I can tell you is that I see her growth on every single piece! She has some good ideas to show you at The Spring Needlepoint Show! So make sure you put us on your list of places to visit! We reserved our spot and can't wait to see you again!
We have been patiently waiting for our inventory to arrive so we can send out the canvases to those of you who have ordered! And, if you are in the market for a small trunk show, let us know! We will be ready for that beginning in January!
